Tangled and Girl's Day Out

The "girls" went to see the new Disney Princess movie, Tangled.  It was so fun!  Maya and Grandma played air hockey afterward and mommy enjoyed sitting on a couch watching the people go by.

Birthday Party at Home

We had a birthday party at home - Grandma and Grandpa came over for a spaghetti (Maya's favorite) dinner and birthday cakes. Yes, cakes.  They were so pretty, I couldn't resist.  We played games - Birthday Bingo and Pin-the-tail on the Fox.  Maya was jumping up and down all day waiting for present opening time - she loved the Fur-Real kitty from Grandpa and Grandma.

Field Station Birthday

After the Birthday Fairy present and pancakes, Maya and I went to Field Station for her birthday celebration.  She and Mrs. Donley made her Birthday Crown...

All the children sang the birthday song, accompanied by bells, sticks and maracas.

Maya put the "candles" on her "birthday cake" and another birthday song!

The children are studying birds and they went outside to build a bird nest and do some bird watching.  (There will be a pic of the nest at the end, SO COOL!)

Then time to hunt outside for the birthday bag....
