Notre Dame Church Summer Festival

Michelle invited me to see her sing at the Notre Dame Church Festival. Maya, Grandma, Cousin Pat and I headed over there after breakfast at Penny's. Maya had fun riding all the rides, but then it started pouring rain. Hacienda was our next stop as a refuge from the storm. Eating fried ice cream during a rain storm is good luck, ya' know! When we left Hacienda, the sun was shining so we decided to go back and see if Michelle was performing. There was a very entertaining group, Kennedy's Kitchen, singing Irish ballads and drinking songs when we arrived and then Michelle's group, Grace Notes started. Giselle and her mom came too. It was a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon!
